Osteo Seminars – Advancing Knowledge with New Techniques

Like all endeavors in the medical sciences which include osteopathy, the latest discoveries and additional new set of knowledge need to be disseminated and utilized. From enterprising practitioners, the osteo seminars were developed and have now become part of the continuing professional training of practicing osteopathic physicians.

Typically run clockwork (around three days at least), these seminars are conducted regularly throughout the year. The main goals are mostly designed on the refinement, adaptation, and potentization in all parts of the profession. The practitioners are encouraged to adopt and incorporate the most important innovations to date.

OS Advanced

From NST, the next in their training series (OS Advanced Seminar) after the Osteospinal OS seminar has been specifically designed to advance the Osteospinal Operating System. Of late, there had been many new mini-protocols and clinical tricks developed in the profession.

These new advances are easy to apply, all of which ware expected to add variety, specificity, and instant potency in the Osteospinal OS. The other significant developments also include the many deeper advanced procedures.

New developments

These new advances are all suited to the more chronic conditions like the neurological conditions and other complex structural cases.

There are also new formal procedures concerning the shoulders, hands, feet, elbow and wrists, coccyx, on scoliosis and epilepsy, as well as the eyes and the cranium and TMJ. These new procedures will be taught extensively to all participating practitioners.

Included too would be the four hours or so of the OS Advance seminar that is allocated for the revision of the Osteospinal OS materials that are used.

Requirements 

The total training span is 28 hours with such prerequisites as completing the NST Osteospinal Operating System seminar.

The costs (approximately €1000 Euros) include the full instructional manual (including a DVD training material). Prospective attendees are enjoined to check on the schedule for the exact pricing in local currency.

Seminar proper

There will be a set of doctors, teachers, and practitioners who will be conducting the many facets of the seminar. These resource persons shall also be demonstrating the latest new developments that have been culled from the many parts of the modern world where osteopathy is practiced.

   

The formal introduction will include the NST and its profile. The seminar will center on the application and development of the many medical aspects that include spinal integration, core integrity and the ongoing current research (and results) done all over the world.

Main events

Roughly, the many topics to be discussed and demonstrated by the resource doctors and practitioners include the Osteospinal OS (major), the OS Advanced, the Proto plus and the deep cures. Each shall have their own proper introductory phases.

Skills demos shall be one major focus of the seminar and each new development and discovery shall be demonstrated by their main practitioners who had been successful treating the targeted conditions. Each demo shall also have an extensive lecture phase where each of these developments have been discovered or used.

These osteo seminars also have many additional materials as reference and augmentations to what they learned. These include DVDs, charts, tools, books, and brochures. Practitioners who have completed the seminars will be listed as Advanced Practitioner.
